TOWN
Aghios Georgios is a small village placed in one of the largest bay of Corfu island and if you will arrive here from Paleokastrisa you’ll have a really stunning view.
This area is very green with cypress and olive trees that surround the beach and give the right idea of the Mediterranean nature.
At the end of the bay there’s a cape with a lighthouse that divides Aghios Georgios from Arilas. Here you can find also some ruins that remind an ancient time.
This village consists of few houses along the coast with the basic services for the tourists.

The beach is really long and follows the entire bay.
Here you can take for rent beach umbrellas, deck chairs and enjoy different kinds of tourist attractions and sports.
The beach is so long that also in the high season you can find privacy and relaxation.

Aghios Georgios is connected with Corfu old town and some others villages many times every day by the local bus service. You can also rent cars, jeeps, motorbikes or bicycles to move autonomously around Corfu island.
