MIRTIOTISSAS

Together with Kerassia bay, also Mirtiotissa is the right place for all those who love quite beaches and fabulous sea. Miriotissa beach with its ancient monastery is located along the west coast of Kerkyra, not far from Corfu town. Mirtiotissa bay is surrounded by high cliffs reachables by a nice road from where there is an amazing view
all over the beach and Ionian sea. The road that from the cliff will take you down to Mirtiotissa is still without asphalt, but if you’re carefully you can go with any vehicle. Also a lot of local people like to come here to relax, to lay under the sun and swim in a fantastic water. Unofficially Mirtiotissa beach is considered also the favourite bay of Corfu for nudism, so if you like it… no problem!
